If you currently subscribe to a paid version of Norton Mobile Security and want to take advantage of Norton Mobile Security now included with Xfinity Internet, follow these steps.
Sign in with your Norton account credentials. Please see our Norton Security Online help article for additional details. If you wish to continue using Norton, you’ll need to purchase a subscription from them. Download Norton Security Online from the App Store. Because of the protection xFi Advanced Security provides, we’ve decided to no longer include Norton Security Online with our Xfinity Internet service beginning January 1, 2021. You will be directed to the Norton Setup page. Does Xfinity Have A Replacement For Norton The free download of xFi Advanced Security began in the first quarter of this year with our 20 million customers using xFi Gateways.You will be required to. Click Download Now to begin the setup process. The Norton Mobile Security package can be purchased directly from the Xfinity Internet service, or be installed as part ofNorton Security Online. If you sent yourself the link to download, open the email. 
After successful installation, you will have access to the full range of Android features that Norton Mobile Security offers. You will be prompted to agree to terms and conditions. The app will download, and then click Open. Download Norton Mobile Security from Google Play. Follow the device-specific steps below. The same will occur if you click the link that you may have sent to yourself over email. 
Selecting Agree & Download will route you to the appropriate app store.

If you are on your mobile device, select Install on this Device. Choose the option to Install on Another Device and email a download link to yourself if you are not on your mobile device.The Norton account lets you manage your Norton services and products from one location. Create or log in to your Norton account.The Norton download and install will follow.
